SLHERF Foundation grew out of Institut Universitaire SLHERF in 2010, turning the university's motto — Excellence, Science, Humanity — into a standing commitment to public service.
We exist to translate the research, medical training and scholarship inside Institut Universitaire SLHERF into direct, measurable support for vulnerable communities — through education access, health outreach, and emergency response.
We believe humanitarian work should be evidence-based, transparent, and accountable to the people it serves, not just to donors.
"Excellence, Science, Humanity is not a slogan on our crest — it's an instruction. Every graduate carries a debt to the community that trained them." — Founding Charter, SLHERF Foundation, 2010
